The Regional Headquarters and logistics warehouse project developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. in Denizli was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering approximately 22,000 m² of indoor area on a 31,960 m² land parcel. The project was planned as a multifunctional logistics center integrating the administrative building and logistics storage areas into a single facility.
All civil construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works were managed end-to-end, with every phase — from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance — carried out under DEA YAPI’s technical discipline. The structural flexibility required for wide-span storage areas was achieved through a steel frame load-bearing system, while loading-unloading ramps, reinforced concrete foundations compatible with high-bay racking, and internal circulation solutions enhancing operational efficiency were engineered in line with retail logistics speed requirements. Infrastructure works covering drainage, stormwater management, fire protection, and MEP systems were completed in accordance with international technical standards.
Denizli is a robust industrial and commercial hub located along the southern corridor of the Aegean region. Its proximity to the Izmir-Antalya highway axis, combined with convenient access to the southwestern Anatolian provinces and the Mediterranean coastline, makes the facility a strategic logistics base for retail distribution operations. The region’s well-developed industrial infrastructure offers an ecosystem that supports operational efficiency.
DEA YAPI has reflected the experience it has gained through turnkey logistics center projects for corporate retail brands like BİM onto this project with technical discipline, on-time delivery, and quality assurance.
