The new factory building project developed for Nursan Kablo Donanımları A.Ş. within the Kütahya Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone was constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis during 2022-2023. The company — which designs and manufactures wire harnesses enabling all electrical functions in vehicles and holds the Ford Q1 quality certification — planned an integrated production facility covering 32,600 m² of enclosed area on a 50,000 m² site.
The project was designed as a unified complex including the Factory, Administrative Building, and Laboratory sections. The high precision, clean production areas, and export-quality manufacturing conditions required by the automotive supply industry were meticulously addressed in every detail of the facility. Infrastructure works including drainage, stormwater management, wastewater, and fire safety connections were completed in accordance with international standards, while a steel frame load-bearing system was selected for the superstructure to provide flexibility across wide-span production halls. Architectural and MEP solutions supporting precision measurement equipment and office comfort were implemented in the laboratory and administrative sections.
The Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone stands out as a strategically positioned production hub on Kütahya’s industrial map. Its expanding infrastructure for automotive supply industries and proximity to the Bursa-Eskişehir industrial axis position the facility ideally for Nursan Cable, which exports to many countries worldwide.
Since 1988, DEA YAPI has delivered turnkey factory construction services to the automotive supply chain, bringing its technical discipline and quality assurance to the Nursan Cable project as a further example of its sectoral competence.
