The hygiene products production facility developed for Eczacıbaşı Hijyen Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. within the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (GOSB) was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering a total of 20,000 m² of indoor area. The project was designed as an integrated hygienic production facility combining the production building, office units, and technical spaces into a single complex.
The manufacturing of hygiene products is one of the most sensitive branches of the FMCG industry, requiring high hygiene standards, clean room practices, controlled environmental conditions, and tight MEP integration. Within the project scope, all civil, electrical, and mechanical installation works were managed end-to-end, with every phase — from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance — carried out under DEA YAPI’s technical discipline. The floor and wall finishes of the production area were executed with materials suitable for hygienic production conditions, while ventilation, air conditioning, and waste management systems were integrated in compliance with international standards. Office areas were positioned in functional separation from, yet integrated with, the production halls.
GOSB Kocaeli is one of Turkey’s most developed industrial zones and stands as a strategic manufacturing hub where the FMCG, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors are densely concentrated. Its proximity to the TEM highway and to the Derince and Gebze ports gives the facility a competitive position for both domestic distribution and export operations.
Since 1988, DEA YAPI has delivered turnkey factory construction services to Turkey’s longstanding corporate investors such as Eczacıbaşı — applying the same technical discipline and quality assurance to this project.
