The Precision Pipe Production Facility project developed for Yücel Boru ve Profil Endüstrisi A.Ş. within the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (GOSB) was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2019. Spanning approximately 40,000 m² of production area, the facility integrates the Production Building, Steam Boiler Building, Pump Building, Security Building, and external site works within a single construction package.
The scope covered machine foundations, roof and facade cladding, floor concrete, fit-out works, and electrical and mechanical installations — all delivered end-to-end. The high-precision machine foundations required for precision pipe manufacturing were engineered to meet the alignment and vibration tolerances of the production line equipment. A steel frame load-bearing system was selected across the wide-span production area to ensure operational flexibility, while sandwich panel cladding on the roof and facade optimized energy efficiency and climatic comfort. All MEP systems were configured to support uninterrupted production continuity.
The Gebze Organized Industrial Zone represents one of Turkey’s most densely populated industrial clusters.
