The Regional Headquarters and logistics warehouse project developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. within the Kastamonu Organized Industrial Zone was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering approximately 20,000 m² of indoor area on a 40,000 m² land parcel. The project was designed as a multifunctional logistics center that integrates the administrative building, logistics storage areas, and back-office units into a single facility.
Throughout the construction process, every phase — from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance, including civil, mechanical, and electrical installations — was managed end-to-end. The structural flexibility required for wide-span storage areas was achieved through a steel frame load-bearing system, while loading-unloading ramps, flooring solutions suitable for cold-chain operations, and reinforced concrete foundations compatible with high-bay racking systems were engineered in line with the operational speed demanded by retail logistics. Infrastructure works covering drainage, stormwater management, fire protection, and MEP systems were completed in compliance with international standards.
Kastamonu serves as a strategic logistics hub that facilitates distribution to the inland areas of the Black Sea region and the Western Black Sea provinces. The modern infrastructure of the organized industrial zone, combined with the highway network linking the region to surrounding provinces, provides an ideal geographic position for the facility’s retail distribution operations.
DEA YAPI has reflected its extensive turnkey logistics center construction experience in the corporate retail sector onto this project with technical discipline, on-time delivery, and quality assurance.
