The Es Global Factory Construction project, developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş., is an integrated industrial food production facility located on a 65,000 m² site with a 50,000 m² construction area. The project was planned as a comprehensive complex housing production lines, storage areas, administrative spaces, and technical units under a single facility, and was successfully completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis.
A conventional reinforced concrete column system was selected as the primary load-bearing structure, complemented by a steel frame façade support system and a space-frame roof structure. This hybrid structural approach delivers both durability and operational flexibility across wide-span production areas. Every detail of the facility was designed in accordance with the hygiene requirements of food production regulations — from surface materials to ventilation infrastructure, each solution was engineered to meet modern food industry standards.
All construction, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works were undertaken by DEA YAPI as the main contractor. Every phase — from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance — was managed end-to-end, with MEP systems, wastewater and drainage connections, fire safety installations, and cold-chain infrastructure commissioned in compliance with international standards.
