The new factory and office building project developed for Kale Bağlantı Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. within the Istanbul Anatolian Side Organized Industrial Zone (İAYOSB) in Tuzla was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering 12,500 m² of indoor area on a 5,600 m² plot. The project was designed as a compact multi-story industrial building integrating production lines, storage areas, and administrative office units into a single facility.
All civil construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works were managed end-to-end. The technical infrastructure required by the fastener manufacturing and metal processing industry was addressed through vibration-resistant reinforced concrete foundations, flooring solutions capable of supporting heavy production equipment, and a steel frame load-bearing system providing wide-span production areas. The administrative office units were positioned in functional integration with the production area, yet separated in terms of acoustic and environmental comfort. Infrastructure works covering drainage, stormwater management, fire protection, and MEP systems were completed in accordance with international technical standards.
İAYOSB is one of the most developed industrial zones in the Marmara Region and stands as a strategic production hub for the automotive supplier industry, machinery manufacturing, and metal processing sectors. Its proximity to Tuzla port, Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and the TEM highway provides the facility with a competitive position for both export and domestic distribution.
DEA YAPI has applied the experience it has gained in turnkey factory construction for corporate industrial investors to this project with technical discipline and quality assurance.
