The Marketing Center New Office Building project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Istanbul-Hadımköy headquarters campus was completed by DEA YAPI on a 5,500 m² covered area on a turnkey basis in 2013. Designed as an extension to the headquarters building, the structure serves as a corporate hub consolidating Mercedes-Benz Türk’s marketing operations under one roof.
The scope covered a 5-story building constructed with a reinforced concrete load-bearing system, with construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works delivered in an integrated manner. Open-plan office layouts required by modern office buildings, meeting and training rooms, social areas, and interior architectural details reflecting corporate identity were among the project’s key components. Lighting, HVAC, acoustic insulation, and fire safety systems were implemented in line with the management building standards of a global automotive brand.
Corporate headquarters buildings are strategic investments that directly shape a global brand’s identity and employee experience. Modern marketing organizations are designed with customer presentation areas, showroom integration, digital infrastructure, and collaboration-friendly open office solutions.
