The management and production building project developed for ODE Insulation at the Eskişehir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone was completed by DEA YAPI on a 74,000 m² open area and 30,000 m² covered area on a turnkey basis in 2016. The project was planned as a key component of the capacity expansion strategy of ODE Insulation, one of Türkiye’s leading insulation material manufacturers.
The construction process was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI, from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance. All construction, electrical, and mechanical works for the 30,000 m² covered structure were delivered in an integrated manner, with production lines, raw material and finished goods warehouses, and management sections planned together. Insulation material manufacturing carries specialized infrastructure requirements — dust control, fire resistance, and high-ceiling process lines — and all these requirements were meticulously addressed throughout the facility.
The Eskişehir Atatürk OIZ is located in the industrial heart of Anatolia, strategically positioned along the Ankara-Istanbul corridor and home to a concentration of high-technology manufacturers. Strong infrastructure, access to qualified labor, and transportation advantages make it an ideal production base for export-oriented companies like ODE Insulation. The insulation sector is directly linked to the growth of the construction, automotive, and durable goods industries.
