The fit-out works forming part of the Türk Telekom Arena Stadium project, constructed in Seyrantepe by the Varyap-Uzunlar Joint Venture, were completed by DEA YAPI between 2010 and 2011 in full compliance with the project drawings and technical specifications. As one of Turkey’s most prestigious sports venues, the stadium’s interior quality was shaped by DEA YAPI’s meticulous craftsmanship.
The fit-out packages were executed with careful consideration of the durability, aesthetics, and user safety criteria required in high-traffic public buildings. Throughout the works, the architectural detailing of various functional areas, interior finishes, and complementary construction activities were carried out through a holistic approach in full coordination with the main contracting schedule, while occupational health and safety requirements were thoroughly met. Organizing tens of thousands of square meters of interior space within a large-scale stadium project demands a qualified workforce and strong site management capabilities.
Seyrantepe has become a strategic district for large-scale event venues thanks to its convenient access to central Istanbul. Since its opening, the stadium has remained central to both sporting and cultural events hosted in the city, drawing millions of visitors annually.
